Dr. L. Diane “LD” Bennett
Her energy is felt immediately and passion is contagious. Her 35+ year management and leadership experience at key operational levels of government, corporate and nonprofit organizations, sets Maximize Consulting apart from similar firms. Her training and experience as Leadership Solutions Partner (14 yrs) at the Center for Creative Leadership ensures that client solutions reflect industry-leading innovation and research.
ASSESSMENT TOOLS
Our firm uses psychometric assessment tools for deeper self-awareness in such areas as 360’s, influence, personality types, leadership styles and strengths, behavioral needs, political savvy, communications, and emotional intelligence.

Our Principal, Dr. L. Diane “LD” Bennett, has 40+ years of career leadership experience, 19-years of which, at various levels in government service and 20-yrs as an entrepreneur. She is especially proud of her 12-years in federal leadership (GS-12-GS-15) with the U. S. Census Bureau, (3 decennial census campaigns).
